Aim: To make a model atom

Method: 

1.   Choose an atom to make (one between Hydrogen and Neon)     
2.   Work out how many protons, neutrons, and electrons it has.  
3.    Assign protons and neutrons to a particular color bead. 
4.    Get a ball of blue-tac and stick the protons and neutrons to this to make your nucleus
5.    Cut out an appropriate electron shell and draw on the electrons with vivid 
6.    Connect the nucleus and electrons shells with a piece of string
7.    Create a label and go above the model so people know what you have created

Back to Black

Today we read an article titled back to black and it is all about failure. A Rugby player Akira Loane who was destined to the top but had to make hard changes in his life to get to his goal and dreams. In all about perseverance and never giving up no matter how many times you may fail.

As the format rugby player commented on the subject " It was pretty shit" He said that his life back then was the kickstarted hid fightback.

In my opinion, is that all people are scared of failure and failure can also be a mistake you need to learn from. You shouldn't be scared because when you do fail you will learn from it and gain newfound knowledge that will help you strive.
